  1. The maintainers of the CICNet archives posted this notice with the
  2. collection of e-journals as of 4/1/1993:

  4. This is a list of the electronic journal holdings at CICNet.  The
  5. holdings are designed to be a comprehensive collection of all of the
  6. public domain electronic journals currently available on the Internet.
  7. The project was originally conceived by the Library Collection
  8. Development Officers of the CIC universities and developed further by
  9. the CICNet Network Information Resources Committee.  The project is
  10. now under the direction of Billy Barron for CICNet. The Collection
  11. Development officers continue to provide oversight and advice. For
  12. further information about this project please send mail to

  15. Maintainer's Note: This collection is currently undergoing serious
  16. reorganization. Items are not in their final resting places and no
  17. automated collection is currently happening.  Hopefully, by mid-March,
  18. this collection will be in a more stable state.
